One book for the whole shop.

Booking, the calendar, walk-ins, texts, checkout and pay, with an AI receptionist on the phone. Everything on this page is in the product today.

Looking through a barbershop's front window on a winter afternoon at three empty chairs, mirrors and pendant lights
Sample shop and sample data. Jordan's 1:30 was booked by phone in one of our real test calls.

The book.

One calendar for the whole shop, the walk-in list beside it, and the desk's own screen. The phone, the booking page and the front desk all write to it.

The calendar

Day and week, barbers as columns, live on every screen in the shop. Drag to move, pull to resize, and Undo when you didn't mean it.

  • Everyone's hours, breaks and time off; a barber booked at another shop shows as busy elsewhere.
  • Taken times are refused by the database itself, so two channels can't book one chair.
  • The Now rail keeps the live call, what needs you and the walk-in list in view.

Walk-ins

A queue beside the calendar with each wait worked out from everyone's real afternoon. Booked clients keep their times; walk-ins fill the gaps.

  • Add a walk-in, or start them now, in two taps.
  • For a named barber or the next one free.
  • Callers hear the wait and can join the list by phone.

Shop screens

Turn the front desk's computer or tablet into a screen for one location: it books, checks in, checks out and runs walk-ins, and never sees money or settings.

  • No PIN to slow the desk down; everything it does is recorded as the screen.
  • Sign a screen out from your own phone, wherever it is.

Texts and reminders

Confirmations, change notices and two reminders, from your shop's name. Edit every word or switch any of them off.

  • Clients reply C to confirm or R for a link to change; STOP always works.
  • Replies land in a two-way inbox for each location.
  • A booking made by the AI on the phone says so in its confirmation, with who to ask about privacy.

The phone.

The AI receptionist

On Shop + Phone, your booktender answers your line, says it's an AI, recognises regulars and books, moves and cancels during the call.

  • Answers every call, when nobody picks up, after hours, or not at all.
  • Choose its name, voice and what it may do; give it notes to answer from.
  • Every call in the log with its outcome, summary and transcript.
